Delivery jobs are sent to you automatically in your Stuart Partner app once you are logged on to the app and have switched your status to On. You will receive a job if you are the closest available courier to the pick-up point specified by the client.

You are given 20 seconds to accept any job request. If you are too late, the job is then sent to the second nearest available courier of the same vehicle type.

There are no dispatchers/operators at Stuart; the system automatically determines who should get any one job based on the individual location of available couriers at the time of a request. You can, however, increase your chances of getting more jobs by positioning yourself closest to the areas with the highest demand.

If you receive a job outside of your allocated zone, you are expected to accept it.
