How do I order more kit?
If you want to purchase new equipment, please send a request to email@example.com and our CS team will give you access to our online store.
Some things to note:
You will be required to purchase the equipment upfront.
To preserve stock you may not be granted access if you have ordered within the last 6 months
Equipment purchased can be returned and refunded. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Returns Policy (see below).
How much kit can I order?
At Stuart, we endeavour to offer equipment to everyone. However, due to kit shortages, we must limit how much kit each rider can order. The following limitations have been applied:
Each courier can order ONE of each item.
If you attempt to order more than one item, we will amend your order to the correct quantity and refund additional items. This will only delay their equipment getting to you.
How do I replace my kit?
Equipment that is less than a year old and requires replacement due to the equipment being faulty, will fall under manufacture fault and be replaced free of charge. Please send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the bag and a clear description of what the issue is.
After reviewing the images and description of the issue we will determine if you meet the criteria for a replacement.
How do I return my kit?
When leaving us, you can recover your deposit by returning your equipment. Only Stuart branded bags, Unbranded bags, and Stuart jackets purchased from Stuart are valid for a refund.
We recommend when returning the equipment to include a piece of paper the order number the equipment refers to. This helps our warehouse team identify the original order.

Note: phone mounts, helmets, power banks (batteries) and t-shirts/jerseys are yours to keep and are not refundable.
We recommend that recorded postage be used as we may need to see this to validate your return. You can return your equipment via post at the following address:
Unit 13, Heathrow International Trading Estate
Please note that items returned in poor condition and not cleaned will not qualify for a deposit refund. We suggest jackets be dry cleaned with the receipt attached.
If you wish to continue working on the Stuart platform and return the equipment, you can do so providing your equipment meets the requirements of mandatory equipment. You will need to send us clear pictures of your equipment to email@example.com
