  • I've damaged something  (a vehicle)
  • I've damaged the good I was transporting

I HAVE INJURED SOMEONE: 

While on a job on the Stuart platform, I have injured someone (a pedestrian for instance)

  1. I immediately stop, and call an ambulance if necessary
  2. I contact support to inform them of the situation
  3. I write down the circumstances of the incident: date, time, context, place.. I also take pictures if possible
  4. I ask the victim for their contact details, and send them the information of my Stuart insurance:

a) Policy n° 6676064904, Insured n° 0541546520
b) send all of the above (description, pictures, contact details) to: veronique.foudraz@marsh.com
c) The claimant also contacts the person above, who will then take care of payment
What is my protection?

  • Maximum claim amount = £8M (9.1M €)
  • No excess


I HAVE DAMAGED SOMETHING:

While on a job on the Stuart platform, I have damaged an object (a car, someone’s belonging..)

  1. I immediately stop, and  talk to the owner of the object if they are on the premises
  2. I contact support to let them know what has happened, should there be delay on the job
  3. I write down the circumstances of the incident: date, time, context, place.. I also take pictures if possible
  4. I ask the owner for their contact details, and send him the information of my Stuart insurance:

a) Policy n° 6676064904, Insured n° 0541546520
b) send all of the above (description, pictures, contact details) to: veronique.foudraz@marsh.com
c) The claimant also contacts the person above, who will then take care of payment
What is my protection?

  • Maximum claim amount = £ 880’000 (1M €)
  • Excess = £ 440 (500 €)

I HAVE DAMAGED THE GOODS I WAS TRANSPORTING:

While on a job on the Stuart platform, I see at drop-off that I have damaged the goods I was transporting:

  1. I contact support to inform them of the situation
  2. I write down the circumstances of the incident: date, time, facts, a receipt of the order, financial impact for the customer (invoice can be requested)... I also take pictures of the transported goods.
  3. I send this information to veronique.foudraz@marsh.com, with the following details:

a) Policy n° 6676064904, Insured n° 0541546520

What is my protection?

  • Maximum claim amount = £4400 (5 000 €)
  • Excess = 10%
  • Minimum  = £ 26 (30 €)
