Once your details have been updated, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please make sure of the following:
- In order to update your bank details, all the fields submitted must be correct. (If the information you have submitted is not correct, you will be contacted by our team and requested to complete the form again)
- You need to provide proof that the bank account you wish to change to belongs to you. That can be a picture or screenshot showing bank logo, your name and your details.
For Monzo users, please attach screenshot of your account page.
Deadline to submit your request for bank details is every Saturday 4PM. Requests submitted past this deadline will be postponed for the following week.
Please bear in mind that bank details are updated once a week on Sunday.
WE DO NOT UPDATE BANK DETAILS ON TUESDAYS AS IT IS PAYDAY!
