When am I paid?

We operate on a Monday to Sunday working week. We pay you for the week on the following Tuesday.

Payments can take until midnight to transfer into your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for this to show in your account before contacting us.

What do I do if I haven’t received payment?

If you have not received payment by Wednesday, raise a missing payment request via the Service Desk.

  1. On the Service Desk, select Missing Payments.

  2. Complete the form using the instructions on the next page.

  3. Please remember to upload proof of ownership for the bank account you would like to be paid into.

Proof of ownership must be a PDF bank statement that shows:

  • the bank logo

  • your full name

  • your sort code, and

  • your account number.

If your previous bank account has closed and you did not update your details with us:

  1. Reply to your Payment Statement email

  2. Attach evidence that the previous account has been closed.

  3. Attach evidence that your new account belongs to you.
