As of March 17th, if you have tested positive for COVID-19, you will be able to apply for financial compensation from Stuart. We will be reviewing this regularly as the situation progresses.
To apply for compensation, please contact support at email@example.com. You will need to have done at least 1 job in the last 30 days (i.e. between February 17th included and March 17th included) and provide official verification from the NHS of the COVID-19 test.
If you’re found eligible for compensation, we will temporarily restrict your account access for the same period in which you’re receiving this compensation. You will be unable to perform deliveries during this time in order to limit the risk of transmission to others. In the event this compensation scheme is abused, we will enforce our rights to the fullest extent, which may include termination of the partnership.
