If you're unable to locate your customer at the given address please do the following:
- Call them up to three times
- If they are reachable: Ask them to confirm their address. If it is different to the order details please contact Support for further instructions.
- If they are not reachable: Please contact Support to cancel the delivery and arrange a return to the pick up.
Customer refuses package:
If a customer refuses the package during drop-off please contact Support to notify them. They will then cancel the delivery and arrange a return to the pick up.
