If your city* has announced that it is launching WIW to replace Staffomatic, this article will help you to set up your account and navigate through the application.

Setting up your account ⚙️

You will receive an email to your account which is registered with Stuart. This email will contain the information required to set up your account to help you book and manage your shifts.

If you have not received your email yet, please contact Support to notify us.


How to use WIW ❓

As this is a new application, we have created a comprehensive guide explaining how to use WIW features including: downloading the app, setting up your account, filtering/booking and cancelling your slots. Click the button below:

We do recommend using the mobile app instead of desktop app when booking slots.

Trading slots unavailable ❌

Trading shifts will not be possible through WIW just yet therefore we have decided to reduce the time allowance for you to cancel your slots.

You are now able to cancel your slot up to 12 hours before your slot starts.


Slot Publication Timing ⏲️

Priority slots are released on Thursdays at 10am, and you have until 4pm to book slots

Minimum Guarantee slots are released at your city’s usual timing. To check, see here.


Payment 💰

You are paid every Tuesday directly to your bank account after 6 PM for work completed the previous week (Monday through Sunday).

Please allow up until midnight for the money to appear in your bank account (it depends on how fast your bank processes the transactions as well).
