If you experience an issue with staff at a pick-up location or an end-customer at a drop-off location, please report this to Support right away.

Examples include:

• Verbal abuse
• Physical abuse
• Aggressive or threatening behaviour
• Being denied access to toilets at pick-up

• Being contacted by a customer post-delivery

To help ensure your report is dealt with correctly, try to gather as much detail as possible about the incident, and include this in your report. This can include:

• Time of the incident
• Location or address
• Client name
• Names of people involved
• A clear and descriptive account of the incident

Support will then ask some follow-up questions to make sure your report is escalated correctly.
