At Drop-Off:

Please contact support via the in-app chat to report a complaint.

You will need to use this form to give feedback on your delivery experience at drop-off.

• Verbal abuse
• Physical abuse
• Aggressive or threatening behaviour
• Being denied access to toilets at pick-up

• Being contacted by a customer post-delivery
