In Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool only, you can use the Service Desk to request to change your Transport.

Before you are able to make changes to your account you will require access to the Service Desk portal.

How do I make a request?
Firstly you will need to use the link to access our Service Desk
On the Service Desk, you will see the option for the Transport Type Change
We will then require the following details from you:
Driving License & Vehicle information
The correct equipment
Insurance certificate (required only for car and motorbike/moped/scooter)

We change profiles transport types on Mondays.
