What is the drop feature?

If you are unable to attend your slot and would like to offer it to another courier, you can send a drop request to any eligible courier. If the request is accepted, you will no longer be responsible for that slot.

The process:

If you would like to drop your slot, follow these steps:

  1. Go into your WIW app and drop the slot by tapping it and selecting Drop.

  2. A request will be sent to all eligible couriers.

  3. If your dropped slot is taken by another courier, you will be notified.

Please note:

  • You can request to drop your slot until the slot start time.

  • If the drop is successful, it will be removed from your schedule.

  • You are responsible for your slot until it has been picked by another courier.
