What is the drop feature?
If you are unable to attend your slot and would like to offer it to another courier, you can send a drop request to any eligible courier. If the request is accepted, you will no longer be responsible for that slot.
If you would like to drop your slot, follow these steps:
Go into your WIW app and drop the slot by tapping it and selecting Drop.
A request will be sent to all eligible couriers.
If your dropped slot is taken by another courier, you will be notified.
You can request to drop your slot until the slot start time.
If the drop is successful, it will be removed from your schedule.
You are responsible for your slot until it has been picked by another courier.
