From you can now use the Service Desk to request to change your City.

How do I make a request?
Firstly you will need to use the link to access our Service Desk
On the Service Desk, you will see the option to City Change
If your request has been accepted, we will make the change that coming Monday. So only create a request if you’re looking to change city the following week
