How do I get access?
You will get access to perks on the first Wednesday of the month, when you receive your CPS for the last 4 weeks. Your tier for perks that month is based on both your CPS and number of deliveries completed in the last 4 weeks as follows:
Number of deliveries (in the last 4 weeks)
For example: I complete 200 deliveries in May. In the first week of June, my CPS is 4.5. I am eligible for Platinum perks! I will have access to Platinum for the whole of June, until the first Wednesday of July, when my perks tier will be reviewed again. 😎
How do I improve my CPS?
Your CPS is based on your cancellation and on-time score (and slot score if you work on slot). Check this article to find out how to improve it!

I’ve previously had access to Stuwie Perks based on my number of completed deliveries. Will I lose access?
Not necessarily. The way you access Perks is changing to make it more directly related to your ongoing activity on the Stuart platform. So instead of having access once you complete 100 deliveries as in the previous programme, you will get access at the beginning of the month based on the past 4 weeks of activity.
When will I know which tier I am in?
You will receive your CPS email as usual every week (as long as you complete at least 50 deliveries in the previous 4 weeks!). The first CPS email of the month will tell you which tier you have access to that month.
If I don't get a CPS email during the first week of the month, do I still get access to perks?
Tiers are reconciled at the beginning of the month, so this is when you will learn which tier you are in. Make sure you keep up activity throughout the month to get access to perks.
